What Cuddly Winks offers?
We offer various choices of baby & children branded clothing products from age newborn till 6 years old. We carry brands such as Gymboree, Carter's, Old Navy, Baby Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Gap Kids, Gap, Next, The Childrens Place, Liz Claiborne, OshKosh, Nike, Reebok, Covington, The Kids Source, etc. All items are new & authentic unless stated otherwise. We also might sell from time to time other used or new products.

Currently, we sell our items to buyers residing in MALAYSIA only.

What are the currency used?
Currently all prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Ordering process
(1) Normally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Therefore, means orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). (2) We will send you an email confirmation upon successfully placing an order. The confirmation will include details of item purchased, payment information, shipping method & shipping information. (3) Then, when your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail for announcement purposes.

Payment options / methods
(1) We only accept payments via internet transfer Maybank2u / Maybank ATM or Cash deposit. Please choose 'Money Order' as your payment option at the checkout. (2) Account details will be informed via email once you have successfully placed an order. (3) Your booking confirmation will only stand for 3 business days only. Upon failure of receiving the payment within the specified duration, the customers order shall be deemed canceled. (4) Send an email to zeti@cuddlywinks.com or cuddlywinks@gmail.com to inform your successful payment transaction together with your order number, date and time of bank in and payment ID as proof of payment. (*Payment ID refers to bank transfer ID or maybank2u reference ID). (5) Customer shall be liable for all fees, charges and costs (including bank charges, processing fees, shipping, taxes, etc) arising out of or in connection with cancellation or reversal of the payment transaction. (6) The delivery process will only be initiated within 1-3 business days upon receiving the payment (provided that there is stock in hand). (7) All items are subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis. Products sold are not refundable.

Shipping & delivery options / methods
(1) Buyers pay for all postage & handling incurred. (2) Please allow 1-5 business days upon payment is cleared for the delivery within Malaysia. (3) Your order will be dispatched speedily by Pos Malaysia (PosLaju). Registered Mail upon request only (will be notified later on the charges). The cost of delivery will be added to your Order Total before your sales order details. (4) No Cash On Delivery (COD) or meet ups! Too time consuming. (5) Please indicate your preferred mode of shipping in the Notes area. (6) Once the shipment is out, we will notify the shipment tracking number by e-mail. (7) The postage & handling charges is based on the total weight of the order. PosLaju rates: * Within Peninsular; 1st 500gm; RM5.00; Every subsequent 500gm; Add RM2.00 * Sabah/Sarawak; 1st 500gm; RM8.00; Every subsequent 500gm; Add RM4.00

Orders cancellation or changing orders
We regret that orders cannot be canceled or altered once it has been processed and delivered.

Shipping rules & restriction
(1) Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia. (2) Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Please allow 1-7 days for delivery to arrive. The actual time delivery takes depend on your location. (3) Each order is only able to ship to one shipping address only. If you like to ship to more than one location, please place a separate order for each unique address. (4) Sorry we do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses. (5) Within Malaysia, if there is no one to accept the delivery, you may be required to pick up the parcel at a post office if the parcel is shipped through PosLaju Malaysia.

Our privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us! We take the privacy of your details very seriously, which is why we will not sell, give away, or otherwise divulge customer details to 3rd parties for marketing purposes. When you order, we will require your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. The supplied phone number will only be used to contact you should there be problems with your order or delivery and we may pass this information on to our couriers in case they need to contact you. Should you not wish for this to happen, please let us know. Thank you.
